3 Hormone Balancing Smoothies

As a woman balancing your hormones should be one of your top priorities. Your hormones not only dictate your mood but they directly impact your weight, energy levels, fertility and more. One of the simplest ways to balance your hormones is by tweaking your lifestyle and up-leveling your food choices. I'm talking locally grown, organic goodness to fill that tummy with the healthiest foods to fuel your hormones. Drinking one of my three hormone balancing smoothies is definitely the simplest way to begin doing just that!

Before we get into my delicious hormone balancing smoothies, let's chat about how to know whether your body is signaling to you that you might have a hormonal imbalance.

  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 2 TBSP Hemp seeds
  • 2 TSP Chia seeds
  • 1 TSP Coconut oil
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 TSP Spirulina
  • 2 TSP Maca powder

Cacao Dreams

  • 1 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 1 TSP Maca powder

Berry-licious

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup Blackberries
  • 1 TBSP Flax Oil
  • 1 TBSP Chia seeds
  • 1 TSP Spirulina
